A failed generation costs you nothing
Money is reserved when a generation starts and only taken when a CV is delivered. If it fails — including if we cannot verify every claim in it — the reservation is released in full.
Credit does not expire
What you top up stays in your wallet. There is no monthly fee eating into it and nothing renews on its own.
Prices are versioned, not edited
A published price book cannot be changed. A new price means a new version, and the price you were quoted is the price you are charged.
